Using Our Services
Eligibility: You gotta be at least 18 to book a tour or use our site. If you’re booking for a group, you’re responsible for everyone in it following these Terms.
Account: You might need to create an account to book. Keep your login details safe, and let us know if something’s fishy (like unauthorized access).
Booking Process: When you book a tour (say, a July 2025 Amalfi sail), you’re agreeing to pay the listed price and follow our policies. We’ll confirm your booking via email, but it’s not final until payment clears.
Accuracy: Please double-check your info (name, dates, etc.) when booking. We’re not responsible for errors you make, but we’ll try to help fix ’em if possible.
Your Responsibilities
Behavior: Be respectful to our guides, partners, and other travelers. No disruptive or illegal stuff during tours (like damaging property or ignoring safety rules).
Travel Prep: You’re responsible for your travel documents (passports, visas), insurance, and getting to the tour’s starting point. We’ll provide clear instructions, but the rest is on you.
Health & Safety: Some tours (like hiking Cinque Terre) require a certain fitness level. Let us know about any medical conditions or needs when booking so we can make sure the tour’s right for you.
Our Responsibilities
Tour Delivery: We’ll do our best to deliver the tour as described, with awesome local guides and authentic experiences. If something changes (like a venue swap due to weather), we’ll let you know and offer alternatives.

Limitations: We’re not liable for things outside our control, like natural disasters, strikes, or your personal travel costs (flights, hotels). We recommend travel insurance to cover these.
Payments & Pricing
Pricing: Tour prices are listed on our site and include what’s specified (e.g., guide, activities, some meals). Extras like flights, insurance, or tips aren’t included unless stated.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Full payment is due at booking, unless we offer a payment plan (we’ll let you know).
Taxes & Fees: Prices include applicable taxes, but extra fees (like local permits) will be clearly noted before you book.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our Refund Policy (check it out on our site) covers cancellations by you or us. In short:

Cancel 30+ days before for a full refund (minus a $50 fee).
15–30 days out, get 50% back.
Less than 15 days, no refunds, but we’ll try to reschedule.
If we cancel, you get a full refund or a chance to reschedule.
Intellectual Property
Our website, photos, and content (like tour descriptions) are owned by ItaliaComesToYou LLC. You can’t use, copy, or share them without our permission, except for personal use (like sharing a tour link with a friend).

Liability
We work hard to make your tour safe and amazing, but travel has risks (like hiking or boating). You participate at your own risk, and we’re not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by our negligence.
We’re not responsible for third-party services (like hotels or transport) beyond our control, but we’ll help resolve any issues.
Our total liability is limited to the tour price you paid.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Wilkes-Barre, PA, unless local laws (like GDPR for EU travelers) require otherwise.

Changes to Terms
We might update these Terms to reflect new services or laws. We’ll notify you via email or our site if anything major changes. These Terms are effective as of July 2, 2025.
